Consultation for New Clients Before any treatment, we require all new clients to attend a consultation. This personalised session allows Donna-Marie to assess your skin type and do a patch test, as well as discuss your desired look, and ensure you are a perfect candidate for permanent makeup. During the consultation, we will review the treatment process in detail, answer any questions, and design a tailored plan to achieve your desired results. Cancellation Policy
Lateness Policy We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment to ensure that we can provide you with the best possible service. If you are running late, please inform us as soon as possible. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a rescheduling fee may apply. In some cases, arriving late may result in a shorter treatment time to accommodate the next client, with the full treatment fee still applicable. Cancellation Policy We understand that life can be unpredictable, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To avoid any charges, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the treatment cost. Refund Policy At Donna-Marie PMU, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with the results of your treatment. However, due to the nature of aesthetic services, we do not offer refunds on any treatments once they have been completed. If you are not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 7 days to discuss your concerns, and we will work with you to address any issues. Any pre-paid packages or treatments are non-refundable but may be transferable or exchanged for other services at our discretion. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our policies, as they help us maintain a high level of service for all our clients.
