Skin Boosters (Face, Neck, Hands): Skin Boosters are hydrating micro-injections of hyaluronic acid that deeply nourish and rejuvenate the skin. Ideal for areas like the face, neck, and hands, these treatments improve skin texture, elasticity, and radiance by delivering intense moisture from within. Skin Boosters are perfect for smoothing fine lines, boosting hydration, and giving your skin a natural, dewy glow. Face, Neck, and Hands: These areas are treated with micro-injections of hyaluronic acid to deeply hydrate the skin, enhance radiance, and smooth fine lines. Polynucleotides (Eye & Full Face) Polynucleotides are advanced, regenerative treatments designed to repair and rejuvenate the skin at a cellular level. By stimulating collagen production and tissue repair, they help improve skin elasticity, reduce fine lines, and enhance overall skin tone and texture. Polynucleotides are particularly effective for delicate areas like the under-eyes, promoting youthful, radiant skin with long-lasting results. Eye Area: Tighten and smooth the delicate under-eye skin to reduce puffiness and dark circles. Full Face: Rejuvenate your entire face with increased firmness, elasticity, and overall radiance. Neck: Firm the delicate skin of your neck for long-lasting hydration and visible lifting for a refreshed, firmer look. *A Consultation is required for all treatments, where we can discuss which technique is best for your desired goal and carry out your patch test. Treatment can be carried out from 48 hours later (the cost of consultation is deductible from your total treatment cost if you go ahead with treatment, please ensure you include this at checkout).
Cancellation Policy
Lateness Policy We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment to ensure that we can provide you with the best possible service. If you are running late, please inform us as soon as possible. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a rescheduling fee may apply. In some cases, arriving late may result in a shorter treatment time to accommodate the next client, with the full treatment fee still applicable. Cancellation Policy We understand that life can be unpredictable, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To avoid any charges, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment cost. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the treatment cost. Refund Policy At Donna-Marie PMU, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with the results of your treatment. However, due to the nature of aesthetic services, we do not offer refunds on any treatments once they have been completed. If you are not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 7 days to discuss your concerns, and we will work with you to address any issues. Any pre-paid packages or treatments are non-refundable but may be transferable or exchanged for other services at our discretion. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our policies, as they help us maintain a high level of service for all our clients.
